Sarah left the corporate world as a lawyer to make a difference to the wellness space. She studied at the Gym Academy to become a Level 3 REPs Personal Trainer and with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York to become a Nutritional Health Coach and since then has gone on to further her expertise to also add; Pre & Post Natal Qualified Trainer with Study Active London to her credentials. Sarah trains clients at their home, in local parks and in her home studio in Ealing, London. Sarah is also a mum of 2, she has a toddler called Leo and a cockapoo called Luca.
Sarah offers a friendly and positive environment to individuals and small groups of women who are invested in their health, body, mind and soul.
Sarah’s inspiring sessions include a wide range and variety of different forms and methods of exercise, to name a few: HIIT, Bodyweight Exercises, Strength Exercises, Flexibility & Mobility Exercises & most importantly exercises which build Core Strength. Sarah also offers quality nutrition and wellbeing advice and user-friendly workout plans to take home.
